PUBLIC UTILITY SERVICES
{Party A} shall present the certificates issued by the public utility service providers to {Party B} to evidence that, on the date of the delivery of the Property, no arrears exist in public utility fees and charges. {Party B} shall be responsible for all utility consumption subsequent to the occupancy date.


DELIVERY PROCESS
{Party A} shall deliver the Property to {Party B}, when the balance of the purchase price has been paid. The Parties shall record this delivery in writing. All personal property shall be removed from the Property. The Property shall be clean and fit for habitation. The utility meter positions and other comments, as may be necessary, shall also be recorded.


VACATION OF THE PROPERTY
{Party A} shall vacate the Real Property before it is delivered to {Party B}.
